Answers to common questions about the Alios Outlet shop.

Adding to the browser-only cart does not reserve stock or place an order.

Within Bulgaria, collect and pay at a Speedy or Ekont office, or arrange pickup. Alios Outlet pays the courier shipping charge when purchased products exceed €100 before shipping; at €100 or less in product value, you pay the courier’s variable charge. Timing is agreed individually.

Ask us to enable courier inspection before dispatch. For eligible distance purchases, notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt and ask for return instructions.
