Returns Policy

Courier inspection before payment and returns after purchase are separate processes; statutory rights remain in place.

If inspection is enabled for the shipment, you may inspect at the courier office and decline before paying the item’s cash-on-delivery amount. Courier charges may still apply.

For eligible distance purchases, notify us in writing of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Return it within 14 days of notice; ask for instructions first and do not send it cash-on-delivery. You pay direct return postage if informed before purchase, unless the law or an agreement says otherwise.

Legal exceptions include some personalised and unsealed hygiene goods. In-person shop purchases do not automatically qualify. Faulty or incorrect goods retain separate legal remedies.

We refund the item and any paid standard outbound delivery within 14 days of withdrawal notice, but may wait until the item or proof of return is received. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another no-fee method; we arrange a practical no-fee method for cash-on-delivery purchases.
